We've just completed a successful harvest and drying of fish at our Njinekijem Agriculture Centre! Our team worked hard to drain the pond, sort, and dry the mature fish. We're open to welcoming students and interested individuals to train with us in fish keeping and drying for commercial purposes. Join us to learn the ins and outs of sustainable aquaculture and food processing. Our expert team is ready to share their knowledge and skills with you! Let's work together towards food security and economic empowerment! Photos: These cool looking fish are catfish. Here's a fun fact for you: Catfish have no Scales – Unlike most other fish, their skin is smooth and often protected by a layer of mucus. |
